• The process of putting in order and into decisions now what SONTA wants to do in the future.
• It is a series of decisions taken now for future actions of SONTA.
Strategic planning…a process in which the direction and scope of SONTA is channeled over a (long) term so that it matches its resources to its changing environment in order to meet stakeholder expectations.
